The program features registered dietitian Brianna Wolfe, who will provide healthy cooking tips and information for preparing small batch recipes for one or two people.
This program is part of an ongoing educational series that provides opportunities for learning about lifestyle characteristics of people who live longer and resources to support these characteristics.
